  2. Group and individual coaching are for well-adjusted individuals who are emotionally healthy, functioning effectively and want to change their lives.
  3. The group coaching design addresses issues the group would like to consider. These could include (but are not limited to) relationship enhancement, spiritual growth, lifestyle management, life balance, decision-making, movement through transitions, or achieving short-term or long-term goals.
  4. Group and Individual coaching can be ongoing relationships that last several months, although either party can terminate at any time.
  5. Coaching sessions utilize telephone, Meetup, or Google Meet.
  6. Group and Individual coaching can involve brainstorming, value clarification, completing written assignments, making requests, agreeing to change behavior, examining lifestyles, and questioning.
  7. Group and Individual coaching is most effective when all parties communicate honestly and straightforwardly.
  8. Coaching is a confidential relationship. The coach agrees to keep all information strictly confidential, except when such confidentiality violates the law or jeopardizes the client's or others' safety.
  9. Group coaching is a confidential relationship between all members. All members agree to keep all information strictly confidential.
